Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1–4 business days using AusPost.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with delivery updates.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries at checkout.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties, customs fees or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

All works are handmade and may vary slightly in size, shape and colour.

All glazes used are food-safe unless stated otherwise. Hand-washing is preferred to help preserve the piece and increase its longevity.
